At Walmarte, we want you to love every piece you order from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, bodysuits, or final-sale/clearance items.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
